Terms of use

These terms cover the Anekam website at anekam.site and the Anekam app for Windows. By creating an account or using Anekam you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Anekam.

Who can use Anekam

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
• An admin approves each account before it can process videos. We may decline an account without giving a reason.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Each account has a daily limit on how many videos it can process, and may have a limit on video length. The limits are shown on the website and may change.
• Tell us through Contact the admin if you think someone else is using your account.

Your videos and content

• Only process videos you own or have permission to use, and follow the rules of the sites you take them from and post to, including YouTube's terms.
• Your videos and clips stay yours. They are made and kept on your PC, and we don't claim any rights to them.
• To make your clips, you let us process the transcripts, titles and settings you send us, only for running Anekam for you, as described on the Privacy page.

Acceptable use

Don't use Anekam to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright or other rights;
• make or share content that harms, harasses or deceives people;
• get around limits, access rules or security, or use another person's account;
• copy, change, resell or take apart the website, the app or the server, or overload them on purpose.

The app on your PC

• The app downloads what it needs (the engine, tools and speech models) and runs jobs that you start on the website. It uses your PC's processor, graphics card and disk while it works.
• Keep the app up to date. Very old versions may stop getting jobs until they update.
• You can unlink or uninstall the app at any time.

AI results

Clip choices, titles, descriptions, hashtags and reply ideas are written by AI. They can be wrong or unsuitable, so check them before you post. You are responsible for what you publish.

Ending or pausing access

• You can stop using Anekam at any time and ask us to delete your account through Contact the admin.
• We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or has been inactive for a long time. Where we can, we will tell you why.

The service

• Anekam is offered as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
• We may change, add or remove features, and change the daily limits.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or problems caused by your PC, your internet connection, other websites or AI results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Anekam after a change means you accept the new terms.
